What is a Milestone Mini Session?

A milestone mini session is a fun and quick session to capture your little one as he or she grows. They are typically done at 6-7 months (when they are sitting unassisted), and one year. We have also done sessions at 3 months, 9 months, etc so it’s totally up to you. We use our timeless and neutral backdrops, as well as kid-size chairs and baskets, and we always grab a few family shots, as well!

What is the price for milestone mini sessions?

Our milestone mini sessions are $350 per session, and run about 30-45 minutes and include 15 high resolution digital images to download. If you book 2 mini sessions (typically a 6 months and a year), the total for both is $550. Your gallery will include 2-3 different backdrops for your little one, PLUS a few family shots if you’d like to be included. Additional prints and products are available for purchase through your gallery.

Do you offer themed backdrops?

No, we do not. Our style is simple and timeless, and we like the focus to be on the child instead of elaborate setups. You are more than welcome to bring in a small swag or personal item to be included in the photos, if you’d like.

Do you offer cake smashes?

We are happy to incorporate a cake smash with a small cake you provide. Neutral color icing works best for aesthetic purposes, as well as avoiding clothing stains.

When is the best time to book?

As soon as possible. We have limited weekday availability and we’d love to get your session on the calendar. Very limited Sundays are sometimes available.

My child is older than one year. Is it possible to book a milestone mini session?

Of course! We have done fun sessions for ages 2 all the way up to age 12.
